Sudden death of famed woman motorcyclist Veenu Paliwal on 11th April 2016 came as a rude shock for all the adventure lovers. Paliwal was on her Harley Davidson when she met with the accident.Condolences poured all through the day as a mark of respect to one of the daredevil woman whose passion for driving was well known amongst the natives of Jaipur.
When Veenu wrote "When the going gets tough, the tough get going", no one would have ever imagined that it will be soon become her last Facebook post. The next day she met tragic end leaving her family and friends alone forever.
Affectionately nicknamed H.O.G Rani (Harley Owners Group), Paliwal was known for driving Harley Davidson at 180kmph. Hailing from Jaipur she loved motor bikes since her childhood days. She learned riding from her friends while in college but could not pursue her dream of enjoying free rides as then she didn't own a bike herself. Her marriage was short-lived as he was against her passion for driving. 44-yr old Veenu Paliwal was on a nationwide tour when sustained injury in the road accident near Vidisha district. Soon after her pulse started fading and was declared brought dead by the doctors. Owner of Victorian tea room lounge Chah Bar in Jaipur, Veenu is survived by a son and a daughter.
